Please note that Trantec Solids Handling Limited is the Data Controller of your personal information. The principles set out in this Website Privacy Notice apply to all instances in which Trantec receives your personal information as a Data Controller for the purposes described in this notice. Those purposes are processing of information in order to participate in the various activities available on this website or as mentioned below.
What information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
You can provide your personal information if you wish. We only collect personal information that you want to provide to us or that is needed to provide (and improve) our service to you. Trantec takes security measures in line with data protection regulations, to prevent data loss, to preserve data integrity, and to regulate access to the data. Only authorized Company personnel, and authorized personnel of our third-party service providers’ processing data on our behalf, have access to your personal information. All such personnel who have access to your personal information are required to adhere to our Privacy Notice and all third-party service providers are requested by Trantec to ensure that any of their personnel who have access to your personal information have signed non-disclosure agreements. In addition, contracts are in place with such third-party service providers acting as data processors for Trantec that have access to your personal information, to ensure that the requisite level of security is in place, and that your personal information is processed only as instructed by us.

How and why we use ‘Cookies’ and other similar technologies
This type of information obtained through cookies will not be disclosed outside of Trantec or our authorized third-party data processors. It will not be used for unsolicited communications.
Cookies located on your computer do not contain your name but an IP address. In many case, after the user’s session is cancelled the information contained in the cookies is no longer available to us.
