Our flexible screw conveyors can be engineered to be removable with quick-release seals, so that if using different materials it is easy to take apart, wash and replace. As our spiral is made with 316 stainless steel the spiral doesn’t rust while using water to clean.

With our flexible screw conveyors the discharge end is coupled to the motor drive above the point at which material exits the discharge spout, material does not come in contact with seals or bearings. 

Flexible screw conveyors only have one moving part, which is the flexible screw, as material is fed into the conveyor, the flexible screw will self center providing clearance between the flexible screw and the tube. This helps with the flow of material which is inconsistent in particle size.
