Flexible screw conveyors or spiral conveyors are widely used to transport powders and granules. In most cases these conveyors require little maintenance. Two key components that do need replacing at intervals are the tubes and spirals. Often the only source for these spares is the original equipment manufacturer.

Trantec parts are manufactured to the same exacting standards as the original equipment and are completely interchangeable.
Spiral is available in round, square and rectangular section in both 316 grade stainless and carbon steel.

Conveyor tubes are produced from hard wearing Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and are FDA and EC compliant, suitable for food & pharmaceutical use.
